With over 400 pictures (that's still only - I have no idea how many minutes of video tape there are), I decided to split up the pictures in order by the cities and towns that we were in, so that you can get an idea of the trip. (Unfortunately, we didn't take any pictures of the trains, planes, or automobiles or of us loaded down with luggage getting on and off the trains!!). We also failed to take any pictures of the fabulous food!!

As you can see from the pictures, we had a fabulous time!!! We saw beautiful towns with so much history everywhere you looked that at times it was difficult to absorb. We couldn't pick a favorite place, because they each had something that was different and special about it, so I've tried to highlight what we found special (if we have a decent picture of it!!).

Unfortunately as August is a busy month for us - the pictures may go up town by town!!
